This Privacy Policy explains how S.R.L. „REBECCA-PLUS” (the operator of the grainland.md website) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data. Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova and with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

• Identification and contact data: first name, last name, company name, position, phone number, e-mail address and information you provide through the form, by phone or e-mail.
• Order and cooperation data: the products/services requested (grain, seeds, storage, transport, consulting), quantities, delivery addresses, billing data, order and quote history.
• Technical and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, visit source and information collected automatically through cookies (see section 6).

We do not collect special categories of data through the website.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

• Responding to requests and preparing offers — pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Performing orders and contracts (sale of grain/seeds, storage, transport, agricultural consulting) — performance of the contract.
• Communicating with you — legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent.
• Statistics and website improvement — consent given through the cookie banner.
• Legal obligations (accounting, tax, export) — the controller’s legal obligation.

4. IS PROVIDING DATA MANDATORY?

Providing contact data and the data necessary for an order is a condition for responding to your request and performing the contract. Refusal may make cooperation impossible. Data processed for statistics is provided voluntarily, based on consent.

5. WHO WE DISCLOSE DATA TO AND TRANSFERS

We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose data, strictly within the limits of necessity, to:

• service providers who support us in operating the website and communication, such as Google services (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) for statistics;
• partners involved in performing the contract (transport, courier, storage);
• public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data on servers located outside the Republic of Moldova, including outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards provided by law (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The grainland.md website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly, to analyse traffic and, with your consent, for marketing.

In accordance with Law No. 195/2024, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

9. DATA SECURITY

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including restricted access and secure connections (HTTPS).

10. MINORS

The website is intended for adults and companies. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data.

11. CHANGES

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
