These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the grainland.md website and the commercial relationship with S.R.L. „REBECCA-PLUS”, IDNO 1013602002348, located at 1/3 Nicolae Bălcescu St., Glodeni, MD-4901 (hereinafter “GRAINLAND”, “we”). By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms.

1. PURPOSE

The Website presents GRAINLAND’s activity in the field of grain and agriculture — the sale of grain and certified seeds, storage, transport and agricultural consulting services — and allows you to request offers and place orders.

2. PRODUCTS, PRICES AND OFFERS

• Information about products and services is indicative; small differences from reality may occur.
• Prices may change without prior notice. For wholesale or export orders, the price and conditions are set individually by offer/contract.
• An order is considered confirmed only after acceptance by GRAINLAND (by phone, e-mail or order confirmation).

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

Orders may be placed through the form on the Website, by phone or e-mail. Payment methods and delivery conditions are communicated upon order confirmation. Please provide accurate and complete data.

4. DELIVERY AND EXPORT

Delivery/transport times, costs and conditions are set depending on the product, quantity, destination and applicable regulations (including for export). GRAINLAND is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (consumers, distance contracts)

For distance contracts concluded with consumers, the buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made/prepared to the customer’s specifications or which, by their nature, cannot be returned. For business-to-business (B2B) relations, the contract conditions apply.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user undertakes to use the Website in good faith, not to affect its operation and not to transmit false information. Use of the Website for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the Website — texts, images, logo, the name “GRAINLAND”, design — belongs to GRAINLAND / S.R.L. „REBECCA-PLUS” or is used under a legal right and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms, in compliance with Law No. 195/2024.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GRAINLAND makes efforts to keep the Website updated and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Website.

10. CHANGES

GRAINLAND reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
